1.Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available! Creating an account, however, lets you enjoy faster checkout, easy access to order history/tracking, and exclusive updates on new arrivals and promotions.

3.How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies by region:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days for standard shipping; 1–3 business days for expedited shipping.

International: 2–4 weeks for standard shipping (varies by country/region).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order.


4.Is assembly required for furniture items?

Most of our furniture comes with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and necessary tools. Large items (e.g., sofas, beds) offer optional professional assembly service—you can select this during checkout for an additional fee.

5.What’s your return & refund policy?

You can return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping/assembly fees). Custom-made furniture is non-refundable unless defective. Contact us at service@hikadui.com to initiate a return.

6.How do I track my order?

After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link and number. You can also check order status by logging into your account (or via guest checkout using your order number and email).

7.What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?

Please take photos of the damaged item and its packaging, then contact us at service@hikadui.com within 7 days of delivery (subject line: “Damaged Item + Order Number”). We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

8.Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement—email us at service@hikadui.com with your order number and request. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer available.

9.Do you offer custom furniture services?

Yes! We provide custom sizing, material, and color options for select items (e.g., sofas, dining tables). Contact us at service@hikadui.com to discuss your requirements and get a personalized quote.
