SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT TERMS

• By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence (or have obtained consent from a legal guardian if you are a minor) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful conduct.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PLACEMENT & FULFILLMENT

• When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion (e.g., for out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
• We will confirm order acceptance via email with an order confirmation containing details of your purchase. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery.
• Custom furniture orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of the total price) at the time of order placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & PRICING

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product details (including colors, dimensions, or materials) are error-free, complete, or current.
• Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or product information.
• We reserve the right to limit product quantities per order, discontinue products at any time, or restrict sales to certain geographic regions, in our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT TERMS

• You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information at the time of order. All payments must be processed in full before order fulfillment (except for custom orders with deposit terms).
• We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay (or other specified methods). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store your full payment details on our servers.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your order, as determined by your location.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping times and costs vary by region and product type (e.g., large furniture may require freight shipping). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments due to incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs holds).
• For large or heavy items, curbside delivery is standard; optional inside delivery or assembly services may be available for an additional fee (selected at checkout).

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Standard returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom furniture, personalized items, or used/damaged products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Shipping, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

• You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, including:
  1. Transmitting viruses, malware, or destructive code.
  2. Infringing on our intellectual property (e.g., copying product images, logos, or content without permission).
  3. Harassing, defaming, or violating the privacy of other users or our team.
  4. Engaging in fraud, spam, or unauthorized scraping of Site content.
• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site immediately for any prohibited use.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the Site (including logos, product images, text, designs, and trademarks) is the exclusive intellectual property of Hikadui or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that products will meet your expectations. Any reliance on the Site or products is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• In no event shall Hikadui, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products (including but not limited to damages for lost profits, product damage, or delivery delays), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hikadui and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your breach of any third-party rights.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Site. We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice if you violate any provisions.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
